Horseback Riding & Six Blades Training | Road to Polaris 36 Ep. 2 — Kendall Reusing

Come along for Ep. 2 of my Road to Polaris — gearing up to defend my title in London on March 7th. This “camp” has been different than years prior, because I’ve intentionally kept my life of the mats very full and fun. 🤍 I feel more free than ever, because life is just bigger now. :) You’ll catch some of my horseback riding lessons (I’m still very new lol), along with seeing how I implement my coaches’ training plans for me when I’m at different academies. I moved away from my academies and coaches almost 2 years ago, so we’ve gotten creative with how to train efficiently from a distance. And I have amazing training partners to help.
