Token came through for his first-ever VladTV interview, and he started off speaking to Shirley Ju about being an angry kid and later being diagnosed with anxiety and depression. From there, Token spoke about his journey into becoming a rapper and getting a shout-out from actor Mark Wahlberg. Token then spoke about Wahlberg becoming a mentor, and later signing with Atlantic Records and dropping his album “Pink is Better.” During the conversation, Token also detailed turning down a meeting with Eminem when he was 17, which you can hear more about in the full interview above.
