Lassie - Episode #277 - "Casey" - Season 8 Ep.22 - 02/11/1962

Timmy is given the care of a railroad engineer's chimp, "Casey", while the engineer is in the hospital for a broken ankle, but when the chimp goes back to his owner's home all alone he is captured by a hobo and sold to the carnival. Timmy and Lassie then endeavor to buy the chimp back with no success, so they find his cage and let him loose then try to convince the wayward animal to return home. Lassie and the Lassie Trademark are owned by Classic Media, which is owned by Dreamworks Animation.This episode was broadcast (over the air antenna TV) by NBC affiliate COZI TV in 2013.
