Dear food lovers, on this trip, I'm taking you to the Akşehir district of Konya. I visited a restaurant I'd been visiting, or rather, one I'd been strongly encouraged to visit. Our stop is Lezzet Kebap, a restaurant dating back to 1891 and currently run by the fifth generation. Our chefs make the original etli ekmek themselves, and they still make it the same way they did 130 years ago. More in the video :) Enjoy!
