I visited "Unagiya Katsubaien," an eel restaurant located within a farm in Kurose, Higashihiroshima City. It's an eel specialty restaurant (they also have other menu items) nestled in a quiet location surrounded by nature. The interior is enveloped in the warmth of wood, and the view of the farm's greenery from the windows creates a relaxing space. After choosing our menu, we were given a special tour of the banana and papaya greenhouses, as well as the eel farm. For our meal, we had two options: Ajikabi Hitsumabushi Gozen (eel rice bowl set meal with varying flavors) Kabayaki and Shirayaki Tasting Gozen (eel tasting set meal) The outside was crispy...
