The Asturians and Spelter, W.Va., part 1
The program "Outlook" on West Virginia PBS followed a Spanish filmmaker as he learned how Asturians settled a town called Spelter in the early 1900s. They emigrated to the area in the early 1900s to work in a zinc factory.
