Seagate hard drive spin then stops.

HD. .The arm goes across the disc twice and then stops. The hard drive is not detected. I plugged in the wrong power supply. I used a Canadian company I found on eBay that was willing to change the BIOS on the replacement circuit board. I sent to the old circuit board to them. They send me back a new one. Very reasonable cost. I fried the hard drive by plugging in a laptop power supply. The cost was fairly minimal to retrieve the data. I haven't really responded to comments because I'm not really a techie or a dedicated YouTuber. I just figured out how to do this. This is getting to nearly 1/4 million views. I am so surprised. I am really grateful that I have been able to help so many people.
