We bring to you short videos by Karuna Sagari on various topics of Bharatanatyam that are authentic, bite-sized and accessible. It may be a valuable resource for Bharatanatyam dancers and educators. This is part of Bhakti Natya Niketan’s Outreach Initiative to promote insightful dance education beyond geography. About Karuna Sagari: Karuna Sagari is a Classical Bharatanatyam Artist who is currently under the mentorship of Malavika Sarukkai. She is a Kalakshetra Alumna who previously trained under Sheejith Krishna for a decade. She holds a Masters Degree in Tamil from Annamalai University and a Masters Degree in South Asian Studies, Heidelberg University, Germany. Over 14 years, BNN has trained more than 500 students from over 14 Indian States and 6 countries with over 20 qualified teachers who have worked with the institute.
