It has a smaller number of pixels in the screen (240x240) and a dual rather than quad core processor to save on power. On the other end, the battery has been beefed up to 450 mAh, all with the intent to give you more working time on your watch. Android 5.1 runs on this watch, which some say is more power efficient than Android 4.4. There are some noted improvements in the OS implementation and the firmware overlay. The exciting feature of this watch is the separate microSD (TF) card slot inside which allows expansion up to 32GB of additional storage. Along with the camera this allows up to 10 hours of captured video, that is, if your battery will last that long in video record mode.
