Scalp psoriasis home remedy with APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

I started experimenting with apple cider vinegar for my scalp psoriasis a week ago to try and see if I can tame the redness on my scalp. This is the update 7 days later. Please take note that whatever I'm doing has not been certified by any medical professional or science, I'm only experimenting on my own psoriasis because everyone reacts differently to treatments, So always consult a doctor before you try anything, I am only documenting my journey with psoriasis. ADDITIONAL THOUGHTS After 7 days, the redness has certainly reduced. It is still pinkish but way less obvious compared to day 1. My scalp itself still has plenty of thick scales and flakes, and that does not seem to be going away any time soon. But I did this experiment to try and clear the redness on my scalp and that I think has been quite successful, and I am very thankful for that. However, while i am very happy with the result, my forehead has merely returned to how it was 2 weeks ago before i started the black seed oil treatment. I will continue with the ACV while I wait for my dermatologist appointment to see if it will improve my condition further. I will post an update video if there are. Meanwhile, my psoriasis continues to spread throughout my body, so even though this was a small victory, my journey continues. Also as mentioned in the video, I am not 100% certain it is just the apple cider vinegar that helped because i am currently taking other supplements and continuing my standard routine. One that has worked the first time might not work again the next time. An example is my first clear up (100%) was due to phototherapy, but the 2nd time i tried phototherapy, only my body was cleared but not my legs. So it takes time to find out what might work for you. So even though this time ACV has helped reduce the redness from my scalp psoriasis, I'm not sure if it will be equally helpful the next time it flares up again. The only way to be sure is to test it again when it happens. Which I sure hope I don't ever need to :D What is psoriasis?
