I really came right up to the point of paying for it more than once...🥹😅 Ah... I realized for sure. I think I have some trauma from pressure cookers from when I was little... That "hissing" sound was so scary, (Maybe it's because of the memory of my mom telling me it was dangerous and not letting me go near it when I heard that sound), and opening the lid was so heavy and difficult, so I thought, "But I have a Staub!
