American KunTao Silat WarmUp with Guru Dr. Jonathan Pyndus
KunTao Silat utilizes elements from the forms and training exercise as tools for warming up, rather than push-ups and jumping jacks like many martial styles. American KTS directs its focus on the internal arts and healing for the more mature martial practitioner, so the warm up is different from the Malabar KTS warm-up, although it does share a few of the elements.
