Paddling the Thames Upper Reaches: Cricklade to Oxford, Solo paddle camp.

Join me on a paddle from Cricklade, before the Thames becomes navigable, through some narrow winding channels in the river, in a green world surrounded by damelsflies and dragonflies, to emerge onto the navigable Thames at Lechlade, and onto Oxford. I camped mostly at some of the locks, and show all of the locks to give potential paddlers an idea of what it is like, and through Radstock canoe pass. This is a gentle paddle, aimed at helping those who might be considering doing the same, and showcasing some of the beauty of the upper reaches of the Thames. Music from Epidemic Sound.
