Yes, foreigners cannot own land in Thailand. However a superficies agreement will offer control the land for 30+ years, houses are also very cheap in Thailand (1-2m THB) so risk is negligible, and if you have children a house is essential in case of your death. Saying that, it is prudent to keep 80% of your net worth in high performance assets (eg BTC) outside of the country. 4.
