🌾 Old Fields New Start – Episode 4: Sales, Planning, and New Paths In this fourth episode, we close another important stage of our farm! First, we decided what to do with our corn harvest: ✅ Part of the corn was sold to bring in cash ✅ The other part was used to feed our pigs We also sold the herd: we sold 10 pigs, leaving us with only 6 animals in the corral to continue raising. With the money starting to come in, we've already stopped to talk and plan the future of the property — for now, it's all ideas and decisions, nothing bought yet! The plans are: 🌿 Start working with better herbs and pastures 🐄 Prepare the infrastructure and buy equipment to take good care of the land and, who knows, acquire cattle soon 🚜 Buy a larger sprayer to facilitate the work 📈 Expand even further by buying new areas of land Everything calmly and analyzing what is most worthwhile to invest in.
