Inside the UK’s First EcoFlow Ocean 2 Pus Install! 10kWh Home Battery Setup with Brimstone Energy

Welcome to one of the first EcoFlow Ocean 2 Plus home battery system installations in the UK, delivered in partnership with Brimstone Energy. In this video, Charlie from EcoFlow visits a residential installation in Cambridge to showcase the brand-new EcoFlow Ocean 2 Plus home energy storage system, installed by Brimstone Energy — one of EcoFlow’s trusted UK installation partners. This high-demand household has a large rooftop solar array designed to maximise renewable energy generation, with 24 solar panels across three different roof orientations. The Ocean 2 Plus was selected for its advanced flexibility, including three MPPT inputs, allowing more solar generation to be captured and stored in the battery system. For this installation, the system is configured with a 10kW Ocean 2 Plus inverter and two 5kWh batteries, providing 10kWh of battery storage. The Ocean 2 system is designed to be scalable, allowing the customer to expand the system in the future with up to six batteries for a total of 30kWh energy storage.
