Mazda BT-50/Ford Ranger Actuator Noise Fix - How-To Stop Climate Control Buzzing/Clicking.Cheap/Easy

This is a guide on replacing/eliminating the noisy AC actuators behind the dash of a 2015 Mazda BT-50. This video shows both sides/both types of actuators. Over time the actuators are unable to locate the home position on the first attempt, as a result a clicking, buzzing, knocking or grinding sound will be heard from behind the dashboard. This is the small electric motor cogs slipping within the actuator. There are 4 actuators in total, 1 on the drivers side, 1 Blend Door Actuator behind the glove box and a further 2 to the right of the passenger footwell/glove box. I recommend 2 - 3 hours to do both actuators in the video, I took my time to ensure no plastics were broken and also cleaned one of the actuators vs. direct replacement.
