🌺 Nice to meet you. 😊 To my beloved Honey Spring family, this is Hanijeong. 🍯 Let's start today with a question. 😄 Are you chasing success? Or are you building a vessel to hold that success? In the past, I thought that success was all that mattered. I believed that if I made a lot of money, I would automatically become happy, and everything would resolve itself. However, in the book 📚 How to Protect Yourself in a Rude World by Baltasar Gracián that I am reading these days, I came across a sentence that completely changed my perspective. "Success without character is nothing but a hollow joke, like a castle built on sand." And the sentence that followed also resonated deeply with me. "A person's greatness should be measured not by the accumulation of wealth or dazzling fame, but by the depth of the virtue he possesses." As I read this sentence, I thought to myself, "Ah, this is exactly what I meant by the 'vessel of wealth' I had always been thinking about." I always say this: If the vessel of wealth grows first, money will naturally follow. Because if you provide services to more people with great virtue, money will naturally follow. That is why, even now, rather than chasing money, I am growing myself to become someone who can hold it, someone who can handle whatever large sums come my way. Looking back, I believe starting the Consistency Challenge 300 was a truly good choice. At first, I thought it was simply a challenge to jump rope, make affirmations, and donate. However, looking back after 94 days, I realized that this challenge was actually a project to raise my standards. As I strived to become a little better person every day, kept my promises, shifted my perspective, and changed my behavior, my vessel was growing along with it. In the past, when I encountered a problem, I used to think, "Why is this happening to me?" However, my perspective has completely changed now. "Good. Another opportunity has come for my capacity to grow." It is the same problem, but the way it is received has changed. And lately, I often think about this: Helping others ultimately leads to my own greatest growth. For example, let's say a friend is going through a difficult time. We think about the problem together and try to solve it together. Then, it is not just the person who received help who grows. I grow along with them. Because I have indirectly and deeply contemplated that problem, when a similar problem arises in my life later, I gain the strength to solve it much better. That is why I believe. Helping others is ultimately about growing myself. And when I solve someone's problem, that person who received help, will help me in the future. This creates a virtuous cycle of positive energy. A grateful heart returns as good energy, and that energy becomes the power to help others. And so, a virtuous cycle continues. I believe our Kkulsaemteo is exactly that kind of community. The growth I have achieved so far is absolutely not the result of my own abilities alone. It was possible because our Kkulsaemteo family cheered me on, gathered positive energy together through live streams and comments, and grew together with me. When I read the comments, people often tell me, "I am changing too." "We are growing together." Every time I hear this, I am convinced. Growth is contagious. One person's change becomes hope for another. That is why I am sincerely grateful. And I am truly happy. Today, I would like to share a sentence from author Choi Hae-jik with you. "Helping others is the best investment in yourself." — Choi Hae-jik, author of Continue, Even If I Die I truly agree with this statement 100 times over. I believe that helping others is not about losing my time, but rather the best investment that cultivates my character, improves my problem-solving skills, and expands my capacity for wealth. And finally, from the book *How to Protect Yourself in a Rude World*, there is a sentence that has stayed in my heart for a long time. "Virtue will make you receive sincere love from people while you are alive, and after you leave this world, it will become a deep fragrance that will be remembered forever."
