This version features improved audio quality and binaural beats woven throughout, designed to guide the brain into the theta states, which are highly conducive to astral projection and deep rest. The practice opens with a full body rotation and a polarity practice — moving between heaviness and lightness — before journeying through each chakra. Each colour carries its own energy and invitation. This meditation is built on the yoga nidra method I trained in with Ally Boothroyd. My voice will guide you for approximately 45minutes, then fall away — leaving you free to stay in whatever experience is unfolding. This practice works beautifully as a sleep meditation.
