Unbound Gravel is more than just a race. It's an entire week of anticipation, preparation, community and unpredictability. This year delivered all of that and then some. From arriving in Emporia and preparing for one of the biggest gravel races in the world to navigating relentless mud, thunderstorms, wind and everything the Flint Hills could throw at us, this was a week I'll never forget. What started as a goal of racing at the front quickly became a test of perseverance, problem solving, and simply making it to the finish line.
