Mutton Kasturi Gravy & Bukhara Tikka Kabab | Masala Mornings | Shireen Anwar | 8 Jan 24 | MasalaTV @MasalaTVRecipes Subscribe To MasalaTV Recipes YouTube Channel! https://bit.ly/MasalaTV MUTTON KASTURI GRAVY WRITTEN RECIPE : Ingredients : Mutton 1 kg Yogurt 1 cup Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp Dried fenugreek 1 tsp + 1 tsp Turmeric ½ tsp Chili powder 2 tsp Allspice 1 tsp Mixed whole spices 1 tbsp Bay leaf 1 White cumin seeds 1 tsp Finely chopped onion 1 ½ cup Finely choppered tomatoes 3 Cashew nuts ground ½ cup Cream ½ cup Chopped coriander leaves 3 tbsp Green chili grounded 1 tbsp METHOD : Marinate mutton with salt, ginger garlic, green chili paste, yogurt, kasuri methi 1 tsp, chili powder, and allspice for 2 hours. In a wok, heat oil, add whole spices, chopped onion and salt ½ tsp, fry till light golden, add choppered tomatoes, fry till oil comes up and tomatoes are soft, add marinated mutton, cover, and cook till done, add cashew nut paste with ½ cup water, finally add cream, cover and cook, lastly add chopped coriander and 1 tsp kasuri methi, mix well, serve hot with nan or paratha. BUKHARA TIKKA KABAB Written Recipe : Ingredients : Chicken tikka pieces 2 -½ kg Aalu Bukhara ground 6 with Khoya 3 tbsp Cream 3 tbsp Green chilies 3 Other Ingredients : Hung curd 3 tbsp Ginger garlic chopped 1 tbsp Black pepper crushed 1 tsp Cardamom powder ¼ tsp Dried fenugreek ½ tsp Chicken powder 1 tsp Lemon juice 1 tbsp Black salt ½ tsp Cinnamon ¼ tsp METHOD : Marinate all the ingredients in chicken pieces, keep them for 4 hours, put in the oven to bake or grill till done, and serve with green chutney. #muttonkasturi #kasturigravy #tikkakabab #chefshireenanwar #abeelkhan #masalamornings #shireenanwar #masalatvrecipes #masalatvrecipes #masalatv Also, follow us on other social platforms.
