The largest section needing to be done is the town scene behind the main station which will include rows of terraced houses and a large factory. All this needs to be removable in order to be able to access trains in the tunnel underneath in case of an emergency which adds an extra challenge. Additionally there's a strip down the middle of the layout where the scene transitions from the countryside into the more urban looking yard so I'll need to blend these two together in a clever way to make the scenics flow. It's not like I've got lots of time either as the clock is ticking towards Teaton's exhibition debut... will I get everything finished in time?
