Fixing an air hose reel cam that won't "catch" and stay extended, easy DIY fix

I originally called this "The reel truth"... I thought it was funny but with my humor... I am better off fixing things. The hose reel would reel out, but the cam(key, depending where you live) wouldn't catch, so it reeled back in. This video shows you a way to get more life out of the cam by moving its center over a bit.
