[벽강산기] 회전암 틸트회전암&코벨코035&히타치035 ⭐️최초공개!! 틸트회전암?! 1탄❗️

Development of the rotary arm commenced in 2014. The first domestic patent application began in 2015. Patents were filed in 8 countries worldwide, including the U.S., China, Japan, and India, in March 2020. Leading to the initial launch in March 2019, we underwent numerous testing processes, conducting approximately four years of durability testing both in-house and in the field. We also collaborated with researchers from Chungbuk National University to complete durability testing based on existing excavator databases, leading to the product's release. First, we believe that the operators of these machines are likely more aware than we are of the fact that, with the exception of our product, all other rotary attachment equipment is skewed toward the linkage, causing the center of gravity balance of the equipment to be disrupted. Of course, it is true that our rotary arm adds weight compared to standard equipment. However, if you compare our rotary arm with the link-type rotary equipment currently on the market—many of you have likely seen our product in videos—unlike existing link-type rotary products, our bearings are positioned where the first and second booms are assembled. This shifts the center of gravity further toward the upper rotating body, allowing for a center of gravity nearly identical to that of standard equipment, thereby providing more advantageous working conditions. While you may have noticed this in the videos, there is also a significant difference in terms of rolling and fatigue experienced by the operator when actually operating the machine. Second, the difference in arm cylinder usage. The arm cylinder, one of the excavator's core functions, plays a significant role in excavation operations. However, link-type rotary equipment and tilt products have the disadvantage that the arm cylinder remains stationary during rotation, with only the upper part of the link rotating. Consequently, the arm cylinder can only be used in the standard bucket position or after a 180-degree rotation. Our rotary arm, however, is different. Since the rotary arm allows the second boom to rotate directly, the arm cylinder is designed to always move along with it. This makes a significant difference, as the design allows for bucket operation at any position from the moment rotation begins until a full 360-degree rotation is completed. The ability to perform the excavator's primary function of excavation at any rotating position is the greatest advantage; by fully realizing the excavator's inherent capabilities, it preserves its unique functionality. Furthermore, the addition of the ability to work on walls and ceilings—areas where current excavators struggled—is expected to create new excavation opportunities at demolition and tunnel construction sites. For this reason, the grapple, which is commonly mounted on the arm, can also be used continuously even while rotating. Link-type rotating products do not offer this capability, requiring a separate rotating stone grapple; however, our product allows the grapple to function independently, eliminating the inconvenience of having to purchase and carry a separate grapple at all times. Third, there is the mobility of the tow hook. The tow hook is attached to a link and is frequently used to lift or move objects using a sling bar; there is a difference in this aspect as well. Unlike conventional excavators, link-type rotary machines, or tilt machines, where rotary bearings are located in the links and sections so the tow hook remains stationary during rotation, our product is designed so that the tow hook always rotates along with the arm. This design allows you to rotate the tow hook inward when lifting heavier objects, making it easier to lift heavy loads. We are confident that this feature provides a significant competitive advantage during your work.
