In order to try and increase availability, Pokemon decided to spread sealed product releases into 2 separate waves, with the second wave coming approximately 3 weeks after release. This idea worked great for the first few blocks of the Mega Evolution sets, however things changed with the release of Perfect Order. Perfect Order Booster Boxes released originally at the end of March and now, 3 months later, we still do not have the second wave of booster boxes. However, finally, it seems that more are coming.
