One also happened to be a potentially generational talent who was the best prospect since Andrew Luck. Instead of a great success leading their teams to newfound glory, it's become a cautionary tale. Nobody's reached their upside three seasons in, and worse, four of five first rounders have already been traded at a significant loss in value. It's the danger of potential: There are times where it won't be reached. In this case, it happened to nearly every quarterback selected.
