The contest was called the "Noise Funk Challenge" and it promoted the run of the tour of "Bring in da Noise, Bring in da Funk" shows at the Orpheum Theater in Minneapolis. In addition to free tickets to see the show, the 1st place soloist and 1st place group got to perform, at 8:27 AM, on the KARE 11 morning show. This clip shows footage of 10 Foot Five (Rick Ausland, Andy Ausland, Ricci Milan, Tony Novak, and Rocky Novak) and tap soloist Nick Bowman.
