It encompasses one million renovated square meters and will also bring an artificial sea and beach to the capital of Antioquia. The complex will extend from the Mariana Pajón Track to the María Luisa Calle Track, along with an area designated for an artificial sea that will encompass 12,000 square meters, of which 5,000 will be used as a beach area. The space will feature two Olympic-sized pools, two semi-Olympic pools, and a wave pool, as well as a cycling and jogging track that will be expanded from 1.5 to 3 kilometers. This project seeks to position Medellín as a national benchmark in sports and recreation infrastructure, with venues designed for both high-performance athletes and public recreation.
