AgroHelpdesk: Intelligent farm support, powered by Azure AI

Meet the winners of our November hackathon! Their project AgroHelpdesk uses a coordinated set of AI agents to:automatically classify requests coming from multiple channels (Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, ERP and webchat); orchestrate specialized agents for field diagnostics, context collection, consultation of agronomic databases and execution of runbooks; auto‑resolve most tickets and escalate only critical or ambiguous cases to human experts; maintain full transparency, showing for each ticket which agents were involved, which actions they performed, how long each step took and what final decision was made. https://github.com/AgroHelpdesk/Hacka...
