Solo backpacking the world with no plan: Kyoto
I quit my job, sold my house, and traded my comfort and routine for a one-way ticket to Japan. This is my second stop on my trip around the world: Kyoto, Japan After experiencing the nightlife, the crowds, and the nonstop pace of Tokyo, I decided to head to Kyoto to explore a different side of Japan. With ancient temples, peaceful gardens, friendly locals, and amazing food, Kyoto offers a glimpse into Japan's rich history and culture. If you're interested in solo travel, backpacking, straying from the typical path, or even just seeing more of the world, subscribe and follow along as I continue my journey across the globe.
