How do you run? Are you pronator, supinator, or neutral? I know the title and this video are a bit provocative... and many of you will turn up your noses... logically, there are serious pathologies that require special attention and treatment, but for everyone else—that is, 99% of runners—they are "neutral," and there's nothing wrong with our feet pronating slightly. For those who don't know, pronation is our foot's natural cushioning mechanism. We're all pronators a little, there's nothing wrong with that, and a trained and strong foot tends to pronate less than an untrained one.
