10-4-2015 Bei Bei's Cries Cut Short Mei's Trip Outdoors

7:10am Mei Xiang left 6 week old Bei Bei in the den when she went to see what her keepers were up to in Enclosure 2. Meanwhile Bei Bei was rolling around, and then he began to do crop circles. The more he circled, the more vocal he became. The PIP shows Mei Xiang being let outdoors to Yard 2 for the 1st time since she gave birth to her cubs. But Bei Bei's cries cut short her interaction with the treat spool. Panda Cam went offline briefly, and when it returned Mei Xiang was back in the den with Bei Bei.
