Comment utiliser le TDS sans mal interpréter ton eau

TDS meters are widely used in aquariums, but many aquarists do not really know what they actually measure. In this video we explain what TDS really is, how a TDS meter works, and most importantly its limitations in aquarium use. A TDS meter does not directly measure Total Dissolved Solids. Instead, it measures the electrical conductivity of the water, then converts this value into an estimated TDS reading. We also perform several demonstrations using different types of water: reverse osmosis water aquarium water water with fertilizers water with conditioner The goal is to understand what a TDS value really means and how to use this tool correctly in aquarium keeping.
