If I Needed To Lose 100lbs - I’d Eat These Easy Simple Suppers!

Recipes 1. London broil Slice up thinly Add 1T ground ginger, 2t baking soda, pinch salt, 2t garlic powder 1t onion powder, 1/4c soy sauce or Amino Acid. You may wish to add 2T brown sugar. I did not. Marinate for 2 hours or all day. Cook till done. 2. Mayonnaise One egg, 1 c Avacado oil, pinch salt, 2t vinegar or lemon juice Use an immersion blender. Hold on bottom till oil turns white and thick. Pulse up and down slowly. 3. Ranch dressing Make mayo recipe. Add pkg of ranch mix and pulse with blender. Add a couple Tablespoons of half n half till perfect consistency. For Taco ranch add some Taco seasoning to the ranch till lightly pink. Taste. Add more if needed. 4. Taco meat Cook ground beef till done. Add taco seasoning mix and 1/4 c water. Serve over salad Top with sour cream, cheese, and some Wilde chicken Taco chips.
