Any large building project is challenging enough for project managers, but the risks at this big-build included various COVID waves, high-voltage electricity, tidal groundwater issues and lasers. We completed this large-scale project to construct a brand-new substation in St Kilda, South Australia. The substation will help deliver a land-based test facility for the Navy's new Hunter Class frigates.
