VW ALH TDI injection pump head seal removal and install

Is your injection pump leaking fuel? Well, the pump head seal could be your problem. This process does take some time and is tedious. You need to be very patient and take your time to get this done right. Make sure that you use a new high quality T30 torx bit to remove the screws holding the pump head on. A worn out torx bit can strip the head of the screws and can lead to a bigger problem. The four pump head torx screws get torqued to 10-14 Nm (about 7-10 ft lbs.).
