Munich-based label Plattenbank Music presents its new release, a collaborative project between Maze 28 and Aman Anand. Maze 28 is the moniker of Albanian producer and DJ Mario Zefi, and Aman Anand hails from Bangalore, India, where he has steadily built a reputation as a forward- thinking artist in the underground circuit. Both have carved distinct spaces within the melodic and progressive electronic music scene. The opener, Dreamspace, unfolds with patient momentum. Layers accumulate gradually, interwoven with subtle ethnic inflections that stretch beyond conventional genre boundaries. Percussive details, shakers, and open hi-hats lend a tactile quality, while the saxophone, introduced with restrained melancholy, becomes the tracks defining voice.
