Hello, I'm someone looking for a little something out of the ordinary. I'm feeling nostalgic for the adventurous spirit of my childhood, so I'm running around in search of a little thrill. This time, I'm looking for fried rice, and head to Kiraku Hanten in Kimitsu City, Chiba Prefecture. This Chinese restaurant is brimming with Showa-era atmosphere. I enjoyed the exquisitely seasoned stir-fried liver and leek, and the perfectly salted fried rice, for a very satisfying lunch.
