諏訪湖 信州最大の湖をCanon New F-1で撮る

I visited Lake Suwa (Suwako), the largest lake in Nagano Prefecture, located in the heart of central Japan. Surrounded by the cities of Okaya, Suwa, and the town of Shimosuwa, the lake has a circumference of about 16 km and an area of about 13 square kilometers. Sitting at an elevation of 759 meters, this freshwater lake is the source of the Tenryu River, with its waters flowing out through the Kamaguchi Sluice Gate. From Tateishi Park on the hillside, you can take in a panoramic view of the entire lake. The lakeshore is lined with walking and cycling paths, and I enjoyed a leisurely stroll while photographing along the way. The camera I used this time is the Canon New F-1, Canon's flagship model released in 1981 — ten years after the original F-1 of 1971. Loved by professionals and serious amateurs alike, it even served as the official camera of the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics. With its rugged body and superb viewfinder, it remains a joy to use even today. As always, there is no narration, no text, and no music. Just enjoy the sound of the shutter and the wind along the lakeshore.
