Road to Hell - Advanced Jazz | York Dance Comp 2026

Choreographer: Liv Howarth This dance is a stylised jazz piece inspired by the retelling of an ancient Greek myth and musical, Hadestown. Incorporating New Orleans blues jazz with classical technique, tricks and emotion. As the dancers step into the shoes of the main character Orpheus, they embark on a high stakes journey way down into the underworld, where the only way out is through music.
