From the fjord in Vestfold, where winter lasts four months and smells of manure and smoke—to the harbor corner in Dublin, where the silver ran out before you did. There is no place for sagas or heroics here. There is only the rhythm of the oar, the smell of burning Nantes, and the understanding that the world does not remember the names of those who rowed.
