W.E.B.F. 100th Bugle Band Contest 20/6/26. Morning March.

So the 100th Bugle Band Contest drew record numbers of bands and spectators in almost perfect weather on 20th June 2026 at Molinis Park in Bugle. A feature is the morning march down the main street and into the park and forteen bands took part performing a variety of marches. The bands in order of appearance are: Bugle Silver, Pendennis Brass, Indian Queens/Indian Queens Training, Carharrack & St. Day Silver/Redruth Town (combined), Mount Charles, Illogan Sparnon Silver (Deportment Prize winners), Bodmin Town, Staffordshire Band, St. Austell Town/ St. Austell Youth, GUS, St. Dennis/St. Dennis Youth and finally Camborne Town (2025 Champions). A great day was had by all and a special shout out to the organising comittee and helpers for making this special experience possible.
