Whisky Vlog | Glen Moray Distillery Quick Visit & 17 Year Old Private Marsala Cask Tasting

Hello folks. Today I decided to visit the Glen Moray distillery (and also Benromach which will be a separate video). Having not visited the distillery since 2017 being here again brought back some great old memories. It was the first distillery that I visited when I moved to Scotland and it remains one of my favourite distilleries to visit. If you do end up in Aberdeenshire at some point you need to visit the distillery and do a tour. As explained in the video one thing that I do love about Glen Moray is they cater for everyone, and the shop itself is full to the brim with stock. Their cask strength handfills represent great value in my opinion - 2 of the handfills are only £60, which is only £10 more expensive than it was 7 years ago. In my opinion that is really impressive and puts to shame many other disitlleries that tend to hike up their prices all the time. Either way, Glen Moray is not a distillery that should be sniffed at...they have available bottles and represent amazing value. Not much more else to say. And again a big shoutout to the Youtuber who recommended the Marsala cask matured 17 year old. It is a fantastic dram!
