Les cheffes se racontent

France has nearly 33,000 male chefs, but only 400 are women. Even though they make up half of the graduates from culinary schools, few women actually run their own kitchens. We followed the daily lives of three of them, in completely different worlds: Marie Gricourt, a former Michelin-starred chef who worked in the kitchens of the Élysée Palace; Jessica Bruno, a chef in a small village in the Sancerre region; and Isabelle Forest, head chef at the Lycée-en-Forêt in Montargis, which serves more than a thousand meals every day.
