SPLITER SYSTEM is a system in a manual transmission or Manual Gearbox, which functions to change the rotation speed of the transmission output, by utilizing the gear ratio or the ratio of the gear used. So if the gear speed is 1 LOW then the rotation will be slow (slower) than the gear speed 1 HIGH but the torque on the gear speed 1 LOW will be greater than Gear speed 1 HIGH, as well as for other gear speeds. This spliter gear system, ordinary people call it "half gear" RANGE GEAR SYSTEM is a system on manual transmission or Manual Gearbox, which changes from gear speed 1, 2 and 3 to gear speed 4, 5, 6 or vice versa by reducing or turning the rotation of the main shaft to the output shaft on the manual transmission. Gear speeds 1, 2 and 3 (Low Range Gear): In this position the RING GEAR will be locked / locked on the RANGE GEAR HOUSING and PLANETARY GEAR will rotate in the direction of the rotation of the SUN GEAR. Then the OUTPUT SHAFT will spin at a slower speed (slower) than the MAIN SHAFT rotation. Gear Ratio 3.75: 1 Gear speeds 4, 5 and 6 (High Range Gear): In this position the RING GEAR release (release) of the RANGE GEAR HOUSING and PLANETARY GEAR will be locked to the PLANETARY GEAR HOLDER, and the PLANETARY GEARING SYSTEM will rotate as one unit or will rotate in its entirety / concurrently so that the rotation of MAIN SHAFT and OUTPUT SHAFT the speed will be the same.
