In this new Marplanautas video, I went to discover "La Rosita" Pizza & Vermouth, a place with tons of personality, a very well-thought-out culinary concept, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay. We started by sharing an amazing charcuterie board, followed by provoleta, arancini, a spectacular pizza, tried their vermouth selection, and finished on a high note with a fantastic dessert paired with a delicious signature cocktail 🍰🍹 Plus, Coco, one of the owners and someone I've known for a while, gave me a lovely interview where we talked about the project, the identity of the place, and everything behind La Rosita.
