Exactly 20 minutes per day - timed, no cheating the clock 2. No editing - you see every second as it happens 3. 1 new sub = 1 extra bead in the jar - for all the subs gained between the previous day of filming to the next, I add beads to the project jar. It's my thank you to you and we will until we reach 50K subs! 4. If we reach 50K subscribers by December 2026 I will give away one of my art dolls to a subscriber. If we reach that 50K sooner, I will unlock stretch goals (to be decided) 5. Prep time is allowed - I can gather supplies and set up my space beforehand so the 20 minutes is 100% creation time.
