Healthy & Tasty Sattu Laddu | Sugar Free | Energy Laddu with Dates In this video, I have shown how to make healthy Sattu Laddu very easily. These laddus can be eaten by both kids and adults. Using dates instead of sugar gives it a natural sweetness. Ingredients: Sattu (fried chickpeas) – 1½ cups Dates (peeled) – 2 cups Dry fruits mix (almonds, walnuts, makhana) – 1 cup Makhana (faux nuts) – 1 cup Cardamom powder – ½ teaspoon Ghee – 1 cup Preparation method: First, fry the sattu lightly and let it cool completely. After cooling, put it in a mixer and grind it into a smooth powder. Fry the dry fruits lightly and grind them to a powder. Grind the dates finely. "Heat ghee in a pan, add sattu powder and fry on low flame, stirring continuously, until a good aroma appears." Add dry fruit powder, dates, and cardamom powder and mix well. "After the fried sattu mixture cools completely, make it into laddus of the desired size."
