Inspired by the incredible camping and survival style videos from Outdoor Boys, we’re attempting to learn everything we need before heading into the Scottish wilderness. And of course we’re not doing it alone… We’re bringing Perry - the abandoned puppy we found while travelling in Florida and brought back home with us to the UK. 🐶 So now we have to figure out how to wild camp with a dog as well! We go searching for all the essential gear beginners need for wild camping including: • Tents • Sleeping bags • Backpacks • Cooking equipment • Fishing gear (we’re complete beginners!) • Camping essentials for travelling with Perry But the big question is… Can a British couple (and a rescue puppy) survive Outdoor Boys style camping? Along the way we explore the beautiful countryside around Appledore in Kent, visit Camber Sands for a walk with Perry, and finish the day with a well earned meal at a local pub.
