How to make a simple flower arrangement without floral foam - sustainable/environmentally friendly

Something a little different this week. This week I've decided to avoid using any floral foam and make a more environmentally friendly arrangement. I've just got some supermarket flowers that came together in a bunch from a local shop. If you can't get hold of any foliage then this is a fantastic design for you. The mechanics for is weeks arrangement are simple twigs, bound together to form a very fashionable structure to support your flowers.
